CC_MSG_LEVEL For Connector Log Handling

CC_MSG_LEVEL:DK®


Set this environment variable to specify the minimum severity of the messages that the connector reports in the log file.DK®
At the default value of 3, informational messages and messages of a higher severity are reported to the log file.DK®
The following list contains the valid values:DK®
  • 1 - Trace
  • 2 - Debug
  • 3 - Informational
  • 4 - Warning
  • 5 - Error
  • 6 - Fatal

CC_MSG_LEVEL=0
Disable The Use This environment Variable.

CC_MSG_LEVEL=1
Full trace of the connector method calls


CC_MSG_LEVEL=2
Turns on debugging output in the Director job log, displays property values, generated SQL

CC_MSG_LEVEL=2 and CC_TERA_DEBUG=1:
Dump of the CLIv2 structures after each call to the Teradata client

CC_TERA_DEBUG=4 
Turns on the Parallel Transporter’s trace output which is written to a filename beginning with “TD_TRACE_OUTPUT” in the project directory.
